About the flat
This a three bedroom house in Rototuna. The third room is used as a home office so you would be welcome to have your space in there for a desk set up. You would also have the main bathroom to yourself.
The house is furnished in the shared spaces but you are welcome to bring things to make these spaces feel like home for you too.
You would also be able to have your car in the garage.
About the room
The room is spacious with a decent sized wardrobe. The rest of the house is furnished but you would need to bring furniture for your own room.
Preferred flatmate
Only looking for female flatmates, preferably late twenties or thirties. Looking for someone friendly and tidy that loves animals.
The advertisement says that pets are allowed because I couldn't put negotiable. The right pet would be very welcome.
