Use of main house laundry 24/7 and your also welcome to use our kitchen at anytime if your cooking a big meal. Happy to make some room in the fridge/freezer. Ideal for one person or a quiet couple. Must have references, work full time, clean and tidy, no heavy drinkers, drugs or parties. You’re more than welcome to have a few friends or family over though. No pets as we have two Cats and a small Dog. I would recommend you have your own bed, 2 seater couch, drawers, portable wardrobe, coffee table, there’s also space outside your cottage for a barbecue and a outdoor dining set, pot plants to make it feel homely. We also have storage on the property if you need to pop some stuff away.

IMPORTANT: THIS COTTAGE IS 15 minutes from Palmy near Rongotea which unfortunately means the internet is not the greatest. I would highly recommend you only consider moving here if you’re not a gamer or rely heavily on technology. You would need to set your own internet up which is through inspire net, Spark wireless or even Starlink. There is no fibre. Please do your research first. As the cottage is away from the main house we just can’t guarantee you would get a good connection from ours. We are in the process of getting Starlink installed so unfortunately we can’t even give you an overview on how good or bad the internet is.

🚨Pictures and viewings will only be given to serious enquiries. You must give 3 weeks notice if you decide to move out. Cottage inspection will be done every 3 months with 2 weeks notice given prior to inspection. If our plans change and we need to move, 90 days notice will be given. Our family is fun and easy going, as long as the rent is paid on time and the cottage is well looked after I’m sure there will be no issues.

Hard working, full time employment, pays bills on time. Family orientated. Won’t mind our animals coming to visit them. Honest and friendly. Someone who will come to us if something is broken in the cottage and be upfront with us. Non smoker, no big parties and drugs. No heavy drinkers.
