About the flat
The house has a good kitchen, comfortable lounge, heat pump, washing machine, and reliable Wi-Fi. We’re in our 20s, working and studying, and like to keep the place clean and relaxed. We sometimes have dinner or hang out together, but also respect each other’s space.
About the room
We have two rooms available in our flat in Rolleston and are looking for tidy, easy-going flatmates to join us. Each room is about 3x3 metres, unfurnished, and $160 per week plus expenses.
Preferred flatmate
We’re looking for flatmates who are clean, responsible, and pay rent on time. Ideally, we’d prefer someone planning to stay for about a year. Move-in date is December 1st. Send a message with a bit about yourself if you’re interested.
