We are a girl flat and are looking for a lovely girl to take our flatmate’s room. We are two girls. One flatmate is 25-year-old, studying psychology at UC, and the other one is 27-year-old, studying design at Ara. We are not a party flat, but we enjoy a good yarn.

This house is located really close to Hagley Park (less than 5 minutes walking), There is a bus stop right outside the house (bus 130), with a short trip to UC and a short walk from Riccarton Road for basically any other buses. It’s really close to Westfield mall.

Total rent is $222/week, which includes base rent ($205, power ($12.50/week) and wifi ($5.42/week)

This room is unfurnished, but a queen size bed is available at a discounted price. You will be sharing a bathroom with one girl. The house has a garage, with space for 2 cars and also a lot of street parking. The room is spacious with a built-in waredrobe and facing away from the street so it’s very calm, both during the day and at night.
