Our flat 2 storeys, and surrounded by other townhouse units. It is located close to Hagley Park and Westfield Riccarton on a relatively quiet street with a small park, and is only about a 15-minute bus ride from UC. There are two bus stops nearby, as well as Tower Junction, and cycling routes. There is a nice deck area outside with space heaters and a BBQ, which is nice for social gatherings.

Pets are negotiable with the landlord, and there is a cat door that leads to the outdoor area. We have a parking space in front of the unit that we don't use.

You would be living with 2 other people, we are a couple in our early 20's. We are both full-time students, and I work part-time. We are quiet but social, and not a party flat. We mainly keep to ourselves, but are friendly and definitely open to flat activities and a few drinks.

The room is upstairs and furnished with a single bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a small TV. You’ll have your own bathroom, the toilet is upstairs, and the shower is downstairs (a little bit quirky, but it works!).

We pay WiFi and power monthly, around the 17th of each month. The move-in cost is two weeks' rent and four weeks' rent for the bond.

We would ideally like someone who is our age and working or studying. We’re looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and contributes to keeping the flat running smoothly.
