In consideration of other flat mates and our shared driveway we ask not to bring visitors into our home (except partners and immediate family).

2 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance required:

- share bathroom with two others (spare toilet and shower available) - 1 onsite parking - expenses include power, fast Internet, and water - furnished or unfurnished - preferred flat mate, clean, tidy and drama free
