Located right near the middle of Auckland you can get anywhere from here. A train station 5min walk and bus stops all around. Walking distance to two supermarket.

The area itself makes it worth it. Located in Remuera it creates safe environment.

Room has fit double beds and a desk in the past. But would best suit a single bed for some extra space.

House has all the amenities already here and even has a stand alone freezer.

Looking for someone tidy, clean and not too loud. We are pretty easy going and each do our part for the flat.
