About the flat
Epic location. Beautiful views of forest and native bush. Lots of bird life, and little to no noise from the road. Very peaceful.
Right near the okura bush walk and estuary, just 10mins from albany shops and 10min from silverdale shops.
Large living room. Large dining room and kitchen with fire place. Plenty of deck and a courtyard. Big lawn backs onto the bush with Fruit trees and Chickens.
Flatmates are 20's-30's and are pretty chill, quiet and keep to themselves. There is a fire pit outside and an outdoor workshop that get alot of action!
About the room
The room is the entire upstairs of the house. A proper suite! Incredible views. Bathroom with bath and shower. Seperate toilet. Walk through wardrobe. Can be fully furnished.

Nature loving crafter! I teach a variety of the old crafts to kids and adults. Often travelling for work and sometimes teaching from my workshop on the property. Pretty easy going, spend most of my time in my workshop.
