Owner lives upstairs with their kids. Downstairs is for rent it’s self contained have one XL ROOM to share if someone likes to share and one L room one leaving room kitchen and dining rooms. Also bathroom and toilet plus laundry area. Completely fully furnished. Suitable for students and full time workers, travelers. We are using it for Air bnb and international student exchange.
