The property is a bit hidden down the driveway; the main window front facing the green hills north of Champion Street. There is a car port and a small, private garden, and a deck that can be accessed from the lounge and the master bedroom. Located less than 20 minutes walking distance to the train station, less to the shops of Mungavin Ave. SH59 is only 3 Minutes away. It is a 2 bedroom, one office flat with a shared kitchen/lounge room and a Bathroom with large Bath tub and Shower. I have added Fridge and Washing machine, which can be shared.

The Master Bedroom and the smaller one have hidden wardrobes, power sockets, but no other features worth mentioning. I only occupy the smaller office room and have some furniture in the lounge.

Tolerant/liberal, open minded, easy going. I prefer introverts around me, and when I work at home, noise levels should be lower. If you like the same computer games as I do, we could have network gaming fun. No problem if you bring a child. There is no TV at the moment, but we can use my PC at times for entertainment. I am not interested in sports, and having sport watching events here would not be ideal.
