Room for rent at an upcoming flat in Rangiora! Close to the main-street and all the local amenities, this place has a recently renovated bathroom, new carpeting and a lovely, little sun-room off the side. I'm looking for a flatmate, responsible and friendly, to take the room. References will be requested.

This will not be a party-house; get togethers are all good but nearby schools and close neighbours must be taken into consideration. As of now, the move-in date is around the 8th of November. You must also be all good with cats! Dogs wouldn't be suitable as the backyard is very small but if you have a cat or smaller animal, let me know and I'll ask the landlord if another pet is permittable. Most of the flat (not including the room) will be furnished but if you have anything of your own to bring, please do. Bills like power, internet and flat utilities will be split down the middle.

$235 per week, plus internet and power. It is a decent-sized room that will fit a queen-sized bed. Room will come unfurnished so you will need to bring your own furniture.

Ideally I'd like another someone close to my age as I've shared with older people before and would like to share with somebody my own age this time around. Someone respectful, responsible, up for a laugh and some TV binging, and who likes cats! Must pay rent on time, keep their part of the house clean and come with one or two good references.
