It's a quite home, with a beautiful garden full of birds. Incredibly close to the train station so fabulous for the city commute. The village has a beach, dairy, hairdressers, tennis court and bookshop and is the start of the escarpment track to Paekakariki.

Small quiet room at the far end of the house with window to the garden. Heat pump in the room. Hot water and wifi included. Electricity extra.

Someone quiet to stay short term only - 3-4 months. Please only apply if you are plant-based or happy to not cook meat/fish in the house. Must be dog friendly and a non-smoker. If you want some peace, need an easy commute to the city and you love trees and birds then you will love the home.
