1 toilet 1 bathroom Big lounge, smallish kitchen. can include more photos if needed. There's a fridge and a pantry, it will just be the two of us living in this house so everything can be split evenly. There is a TV in the lounge also. There is only 1 room available, 2 rooms total in the house. Wasn't sure how clear it was selecting two rooms in the section.

The room will be available til october 2026. The owner will be in another country and there is a good chance it gets extended. If you move in this discussion will likely happen around april-may if you wanted to stay longer

Comes with the bed and the desk. I believe its a queen size bed. the room is pretty big and has a place to hang clothes too. The cat likes the room because the owner used to sleep there. You can always close the door if you don't want to sleep with it. Any questions, please ask.

Not looking for any heavy party goers or couples. There is already a cat here so no other animals sorry. I primarily work full time and would like someone else who is working as well. Someone who is relatively tidy, private areas like your room can be messy but leaving dishes on benches for days for example isn't acceptable behavior.
