Hi, We're looking for someone to join our sunny social flat in Paremata :)

The room is $165 per week. The bed in the pictures is a queen - it is a small room (2.26m x 2.69m) though you're welcome to put your desk in the living room, and there is a large hall cupboard and garage for extra storage.

We're a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and the Mana train station, which is a 30 min ride to Wellington CBD. There’s lots of beautiful beaches and coastal walks right by the house - see the pics!

Perfect if you’re 23-30ish and keen to join in on social flat activities like movie nights and possibly group dinners too.

Expenses ($35 per week) covers the usual plus some shared food like baking ingredients, herbs and spices.

Move-in date can be flexible.
