Hi, We're looking for someone to join our sunny social flat in Paremata :)

The room is $165 per week - it is small but it would fit a queen bed, bedside table and dresser, and you're welcome to put your desk in the living room. There's a large hall cupboard and garage for extra storage too. Brand new carpet was installed last week.

The house is right across the road from the Mana train station, which is a 30 min ride to Wellington CBD. There's a supermarket 1 min walk away, and the Porirua shopping centre is a 6 minute drive. There’s lots of beautiful beaches and coastal walks right by the house - see the pics of what is right on our doorstep!

Perfect if you’re 23-30ish and keen to join in on social flat activities like movie nights and possibly group dinners too.

Expenses ($35 per week) covers the usual plus some shared food like baking ingredients, herbs and spices.

Move-in date can be flexible.
