Both rooms have a closet that you can't see in the pics, and you're welcome to put a desk in the living room.

The house is right across the road from the Mana train station, which is a 30 min ride to Wellington CBD. There's a supermarket 1 min walk away, and the Porirua shopping centre is a 6 minute drive (or 2 train stops) away. There’s lots of beautiful coastal walks and bike trails right by the house.

Perfect if you’re 24-30ish and keen to join in on social flat activities like movie nights and the occasional group dinner.

Expenses ($35 per week) covers power, fibre internet, plus some shared food like baking ingredients, spices and the occasional takeaways.

Move-in time is flexible, pretty much anytime after the 18th August.
