The house is only 4 years old, so is fresh, clean and double-glazed. It is located close to the new NewWorld out Papamoa East, so an easy walk to the shops. Very close to the new off-ramp so a quick journey home! A quiet neighbourhood.

About the room

The room is large enough for a queen and small desk, with a spacious built in cupboard. You will have your own bathroom which has a bath and shower. Rent is $300 a week, plus expenses, split evenly as they come in, and a bond of 3 weeks rent.
