About the flat
A modern three-bedroom home in (slightly east) Papamoa just 2.5kms from the beach. The house is comfortable, tidy, and easy to live in, located on a quiet street. Walking distance to great coffee and the Gordon Spratt Reserve. You'll be living with one other person (me) and a cat and a dog so you must love animals. Unfortunately no extra pets allowed. I work full time Monday to Friday and am often out running or walking the dog. Ideally looking for another friendly, active person around a similar age to share my home.

Spacious double bedroom with a large double wardrobe and can be semi-furnished if needed - happy to discuss this!
You’ll have use of the main bathroom, which is only shared with guests and also includes the laundry. I have a separate ensuite, so the bathroom is essentially yours most of the time.
