It is a spacious, old house with a unique vibe. It has a balcony and a large terrace. There is a garage and a covered parking spot, a lovely garden, and plenty of storage space under the house.

There is one heat pump downstairs, but it mostly heats the adjacent room. In the living room, there is a wood burner that helps, although the house can still be a bit chilly at times.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and the open social space includes a cozy spot for a nap or reading a book, which I just call kitty rest.

The house is located near the beach and a local center that features a cinema, bakery, café, sushi restaurant, bar, pharmacy, grocery store, and bus stop. Papamoa Plaza is 10 minutes away, and Mount Maunganui is just 20 minutes away by car.

It’s a calm and safe neighborhood.
