About the room
Nice and sunny but not hot in the room. You have your own showroom,toilet in your room. Also you got your own lounge and kitchen. (I live upstairs have kitchen,lounge etc.Just need to share laundry in your lounge )
Rent $350/week +power,water ,internet (usually $30/week depends on how much you use power and water)
