About the flat
Large double story house on 7 acres. Big garden. Sound proof and quite warm.
About the room
The room is large. Queen size bed, couch, dressing table and side table. and large en suite bathroom. Good views. Very quite as a rear section so very little traffic noise.
Preferred flatmate
Well traveled would be good. I think that if you are happy with the following, we should talk. (Can be amended)
We take turns in cooking the evening meal which we eat together. We do take into consideration evening actives we each have. Visitors are welcome but the others need to notified before the dinner Possibly Friday Saturday and Sunday evenings are your own responsibility. Breakfast and lunch are your own responsibility. We shop once a week fro groceries and split the bill. Aim for getting ready for sleep (quiet house) at 10 PM unless other wise arranged. EG late night movies. House cleaning to be discussed. I have a good dish and clothes washer. There is a full range of kitchen utensils and everything else. Trust and reliability are high on the agenda. No partners sleep over.

Quite outgoing. Run most mornings, sing, improv and like music. Dance some nights. We are on 7 acres in Belfast. Very easy with the new freeway to town. 1 Km from the cycle lane to town if you want to ride in.
