About the flat
Large double story house on 7 acres. Big garden. Sound proof and quite warm.
There is a tiny house on the property with a couple. Been here 6 years. I also have a few people working on projects in 3 garages.They are not here very often but nice to catch up with them every few weeks.
Lots of space for veggie gardens.
About the room
The room is large. Queen size bed, couch, dressing table and side table. and large en suite bathroom. Good views. Very quite as a rear section so very little traffic noise.
Preferred flatmate
Respectful and happy with in depth discussions. Would like to share cooking and if possible a monthly group dinner where we can meet our friends.
I flatted for 15 years in my 20/30's and really enjoyed the lifestyle.

Quite outgoing. Run most mornings, sing, improv and like music. Dance some nights. We are on 7 acres in Belfast. Very easy with the new freeway to town. 1 Km from the cycle lane to town if you want to ride in.
