COMMUTER only - someone wanting weeknight accommodation between Sunday night to Friday mornings and leaves Auckland at weekends. Does not have to be all 5 nights, minimum of 2 nights. Nightly rate (inclusive of bills) to be discussed, dependent on number of nights staying.

Quiet, mature, drama-free and drug-free single occupant only. Reliable with rent and bills. Clean and tidy but not OCD / a neat freak.
