Hi there, future flatmate!

We’re excited to welcome a new housemate into our home in beautiful Oratia. You’ll be living with two friendly women and one (possibly two) lovely dogs — so a love for dogs is essential!

The house is in a peaceful area, surrounded by nature. It’s just 20 minutes to Cornwallis Beach and 30 minutes to Piha. You’ll enjoy waking up to the sound of birdsong and relaxing in a tranquil environment. While we’re not a party house, we do enjoy the occasional visit from friends — and of course, other dogs!

It’s a spacious 5-bedroom home, and while two upstairs rooms are available, we are only looking for one flatmate at this time. You’ll be living upstairs only, as downstairs is fully occupied by Scarlett and her rescue dog, Louie, and is not part of the shared living space. Louie is still learning to trust new people, and he will be around the property.

You can choose the room that suits you best:

Room 1: $250/week

Room 2: $260/week

Utilities: $30/week (includes power, water, internet)

Pets:

Dog negotiable — may be considered for the right fit, with an additional cost. Please get in touch to discuss further.

The rooms and the upstairs area are fully furnished, but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you’d prefer. Each room comes with a large wardrobe.

Move-in Costs:

Bond: 4 weeks’ rent (based on the room you choose)
