Who you’ll be living with: We’re three girls in our early–mid 20s, all in our 4th year at the Chiropractic College. Two of us have boyfriends who stay over occasionally. We’re tidy, easygoing, and enjoy a relaxed home environment.

We also love hosting! From time to time, especially over summer, we throw the occasional louder party or gathering with friends — always in good spirits and usually out on the deck or backyard. It’s important that our new flatmate or couple is comfortable with a social, lively household and doesn’t mind the noise when we’re celebrating.

About the unit: This cozy, self-contained space includes: • A spacious bedroom and living area with a small kitchenette • Private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink • Private washing line out back • Kitchenette includes a sink ? (no stove or oven ? — but you’ll have access to ours in the main house) • Fridge and washing machine included in sleepout/unit!
