About the flat
My house is a cute stand alone 1940's villa, with a large enclosed and private backyard and sunny deck. I have a decent sized lounge and kitchen, with a shared bathroom and toilet. House is great for bbqs and having friends over, especially in summer.
Located on the cusp of Onehunga and Penrose, easy access to train and bus and motorway. Halfway between Ellerslie and Onehunga, so loads of options. On street parking but off street available on occasion. If you're interested, happy to have a chat on the phone or to arrange a viewing and discuss any further details.
Im pretty quiet as a rule but enjoy the company of a flatmate when they are around. I like to make it a cosy and welcoming house.
About the room
The room has a sunny outlook in the afternoons and is fully furnished with a double bed with duvet, dresser, desk and wardrobe for excellent storage. I have some sheets etc but you might want to supplement them with your own. Wall panel heater installed and overhead fan too.
Preferred flatmate
I would prefer a female flatmate.

I'm a single woman working full time as an Art Conservator. Pretty easy going, like to watch movies or the odd netflix binge on a weekend. I have a side hustle of felted crafts and do the odd market and online sales. I also enjoy cooking and baking , and frankly having someone to help me eat the baking would probably be a good thing!
Two cats also reside and although they sleep inside, they are pretty independent as they were found under my deck during lockdown! Liking cats would be a bonus but not a deal breaker. ;)
