We have a large four bedroom house built in 2019. It is just the three of us, along with our dog and cat. In this economic climate we are needing to rent out the spare room. We are down a quiet right of way, at the end of the lane with very little disturbance. There is lovely bush area over the back fence so the bird song is prevalent in the morning and evening. We are home most nights after extra curricular activities and we both work full time.

This is a double room located at the end of the house and receives morning sun. It has a double built in wardrobe and comes with a double bed. Shelves can also be included if required. There is space for a small desk and there is also a fan in the room. There are two windows, one large overlooking the back lawn and a smaller high window facing south.

This room would suit a student or working young person, you'll have the house mostly to yourself during the day during the week. Our ideal flatmate would be female and work most evenings. Someone who enjoys peace and quiet and cleans up after themselves.
