The house is large and warm a nice garden, a fireplace and good flatmates.

While there is only room going for rent at the moment there are two rooms that could possibly be yours, you could choose one when you are viewing them. Both rooms can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on your requirements. Additionally, we have a third larger room which could be yours open to negotiation. When you view you can decide which room you prefer.
