We’re in a quiet, sunny home on Bedford Street in Northland, Wellington — just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and an easy trip to Vic Uni and the CBD. The downstairs area is private and peaceful with great afternoon sun and leafy, hilly views. Sunny deck for relaxing and taking in the sunsets. Plenty of on-street parking and a calm, friendly household vibe.

The room available is a double bedroom with your own ensuite, plus an additional room downstairs that can be used as an office, lounge, hobby space, or storage. It’s warm, quiet and gets good natural light. Furnished or unfurnished — your choice. There’s no full kitchen downstairs, but you’re welcome to set up your own mini-kitchen (microwave, air fryer, benchtop hob) and use of the upstairs oven when required. Broadband included.
