Kia ora We are currently looking for 1-2 people to join our flat! Rent is around $195 a week (with 3 people)! We're about a 5 minute walk from new world gardens (where there's also a bus stop!) & about a 20/25 min walk (through the botans!) to campus! We're a pretty chill flat, host the occasional party & all that, but also happy to just meander & do our own thing! If you'd be interested in a viewing, let me know! :~)

There are two large rooms available! Both are nice & spacious enough to fit a king size bed & other furniture! It is unfurnished, however we do have an extra king size mattress that can be kept for someone interested! We tend to pay around $30 a week extra for power/wifi/communal flat things!
