Smallest room is big enough for a double bed and desk. Sleepout has lots of room. One of the bedrooms in the house is larger (was a lounge when a family lived there).

Meet the flatmates
I don't live in this house, I'm the landlord. I'm trying to find flatmates for my rental property, on behalf of my tenant. The head tenant and a couple of other flatmates have moved out, and I didn't want to kick the remaining tenants out in order to rent the entire house to a new group.
Note: for some reason this site seems to be listing the house as having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! It has 5 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the house, and a sleepout with separate shower, handbasin and hot water.
