Flat is a 2 minute walk from New World Gardens & that little shopping area, with a bus stop right outside the supermarket & a 10-20 minute walk through the botans to campus! We have the rooms available from now & the lease goes to the end of January 2026

There is one room available! Flat itself is pretty sunny & pretty easy to heat! The room comes with a wardrobe & desk installed but is otherwise unfurnished. There is space enough for a queen bed & other furniture! There is also a single off-street parking space which is available as none of the current flatmates have vehicles! :~)
