About the flat
My home is a 3 bedroom recently renovated home on a small Fully fenced section in Ngongotaha. Parking can be a little tight sometimes as the driveway is shared but there is off street parking available.
About the room
I'm offering one of the bed rooms that is currently fully furnished but could be cleared out if need be. Theres always meat in the freezer and tea or coffee near the jug.
Preferred flatmate
I'm looking for a bit of company in the evenings as the house is feeling empty without my wife around. So looking for preferably 60+yo female that is willing to help out round the home and happy to have a yarn over a cuppa tea and Shortland street. Must have a decent sense of humour cause having a laugh is healthy.

I'm retired and recently have had to move my wife into a care home because of dementia. I enjoy tinkering in my shed and getting out to the bush for a hunt so the freezers are always full.
