About the flat
The property is a fully fenced with a nice garden area, 3 bedroom house, with a separate laundry and bathroom. It is located in Ngaruawahia, Waikato. 5 mins from town center and 15 mins to 20 mins to Hamilton. It in a nice quiet area with respectful neighbors.
About the room
The room is medium size, unfurnished with a wardrobe, can easily fir a double bed in the room. The only other costs will be the power and internet once a month, internet is set at $25 a month per person and power will depend on bill but usually around $50 to $60 per person.
