Hi, we're a quiet, relaxed, queer-friendly flat of trans, gender-fluid and cis people, of diverse ages and occupations, looking for a 5th flatmate. The room is available from mid January 26 and is a good size, unfurnished, and has a built-in wardrobe. Rent is $245 per week, which includes power and internet; bond is $390 (two weeks' rent less bills). The location is great: we live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac opposite Wellington hospital in Newtown - we're right by the main bus route, fifty metres from Woolworths and five minutes walk from the Newtown shops. Please note we can only consider people who are fully vaccinated. No couples sorry!
