Very close to the hospital and bus stops, and just down the road from Woolworths. You will be living with two females and one male, all in our early 20's. We enjoy our own space but occasionally come together for events.

One bedroom, with option to come furnished with a double bed, desk and chair. Shared bathroom with one other person. There is also a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun on the same floor. We also have a dryer that's and heated towel rail that's very useful in the colder months. We split power and wifi each month.

Ideal flatmate is someone in the 20's or early 30's. Who is working (not nightshift) and is respectful of others sleeping late at night.
