Super convenient location! 4 min walking to hospital, supermarkets, gym and bus stop. 8 min drive to town, or a chill 25 min walk. Is a really sunny flat, and a beautiful home environment. We have a lovely deck, a huge backyard with a fire pit and some veggies garden going on. We are a mix of students working and only workers, very social people, we try to do a flat dinner every month to catch up, we like to know each other and also respect everyone’s time and space. The rent is 270 a week, bond is 1000, and there’s the chance of getting residential parking on the street if needed, the bills are split equally. Absolutely open for questions or viewings!
