The flat has a lovely, cosy vibe - we have a bright, sunny kitchen/lounge combination where you can sit on the couch and look out at the garden. Our heat pump keeps the lounge warm all year round ! This flat is great for cooking and entertaining as we have not one but TWO fridge/ freezers, a giant pantry and a storage cupboard, plus a dishwasher! We’re also pretty central - we’re a 5 -10 minute walk away from New World, dairies, a pharmacy and a laundromat, plus a bunch of op shops and the Newtown Hospital. It’s easy to get to the CBD - there’s a lot of bus stops close by and it takes roughly twenty to thirty minutes to get into town- great for your work commute! The 3 of us are aged between 23 and 34, all either working or studying. We're a chill bunch who love a chat or an occasional flat dinner or board game, but we're also happy to do our own thing. The room is sunny and spacious and has room for a queen bed, a desk and some shelves. It features a built in double wardrobe (pictured). It comes with a beautiful view of our garden and Newtown. The current flatmate is happy to sell her desk. You’d be sharing a bathroom with 2 other flatmates
