Four bedroom house just off the Expressway in a rural setting close to the uni only 5 minutes by car. Nice and quiet we have a older lady who live above the garage but thats separate house she keeps to herself

Situated on a lifestyle block 5 minutes drive from Waikato University, and the Ruakura Expressway on ramp is just across the back paddocks making commuting a breeze.
