About the flat
The other flatmate is moving out so it leaves in empty spot in the apartment. It is located in central Newmarket so easy access to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and Westfield mall. It also has a secure private carpark (All yours!). I keep the apartment very clean and have a dehumidifier on most of the time, it doesn't get moldy at all.
Ideally, I would like to have someone who can stay until the lease ends (Feb 2026). Highly likely that it's gonna be extended as my work is also in Newmarket. Short-term stay is negotiable.
About the room
Your room is an en-suite that comes with a big wardrobe. Otherwise it's unfurnished.

Hi, I'm Eric, a friendly and laid-back 9-to-5 professional in late 20s. I don't drink , smoke, nor it's a party flat. I enjoy going to the movies ($15 on Tuesday!) as there are two cinemas nearby, so welcome to come along. Other than that I am relatively quite on weekdays due to big projects. I have been living indenpendently more than a decade, so genuinely respect your personal space. On weekends I just like to explore Aucklands, play games with my mates, or finding brainrots on tiktok :).
ps I work in data so if you are in similar field we will get along very well.
