This cozy flat is super close to both Newmarket and Central Auckland, making it great for students and young professionals. There is a 4 car parking space that is shared between Amy who has a car, and the boyfriends of the other two flatmates who come to visit occasionally.

All three flatmates living here are young women in our early 20s, two recent graduates and two students. We are friendly and sociable: we enjoy a drink or a night out every now and then but also don't mind doing our own thing. We are tidy and each contribute to the house chores on a rotating basis.

We would love to have another woman or non-binary individual around the age of 20-25 move in! Unfortunately this flat is not available for couples, sorry!

Room is just a standard one but slightly bigger than most, being able to fit a king-sized bed and plenty of storage space. Given I am leaving the country, I am happy to sell my dresser, bookshelf, mirror etc (excl. bed) to the incoming tenant for cheap if they are in need of these items. Otherwise, room will come unfurnished.
