About the flat
If you're looking for a friendly, clean and tidy home, about 25 to 30 min from the city by bus, then our place might be worth checking out.
We're a pretty down-to-earth bunch who do our best to co-exist in a safe, friendly environment with minimal drama.
The room we have available is for a single female only.
Our preferred length of stay would be 2 to 6 months.
About the room
It's a comfortable, large, bright, warm room featuring a student desk, cupboard, drawers, a very comfortable queen bed and a bedside table.
It’s been freshly painted and re-carpeted, and you'll be sharing the ground floor bathroom with one other female.
Preferred flatmate
A friendly, reasonably well-grounded female who can clean up after herself.
