We are now looking for 1 housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom townhouse in New Lynn.

The room can easily fit all the essentials and gets plenty of sun during the day, the room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. Double or Queen bed fits.

We are 5 min drive from New Lynn Mall, train station and shops. We have a dairy, cafe and laundrette a few minutes walk from the house. We also have on street parking.

We are looking for someone who works full time, is clean and tidy, respectful and has a great sense of humour. We have 3 cats 😍

The room is available now.

Rent is $230 per week plus $30 a week for expenses.

Expenses include: bills, wifi, toilet paper, cleaning products and washing detergent.

Move in costs: $460 bond required and x1 weeks rent in advance = $690
