We are looking for a couple or single to fill the master in our first home (!!) We have lived here for a year and a half now and had another couple in the room, however they are moving in with friends.

The address is right on a direct bus route into the city and only a 5 minute drive to the New Lynn Train Station, Lynn Mall/ supermarkets /gyms etc! The West Coast beaches (piha, bethells) are also only a half hour drive away!

Me and my partner Hamish both work full time in radio. Because the house is our first home, we treat it really really well! It's super warm and dry, fully furnished (aside from your room) & we keep it super tidy. It has a huge deck with stunning sunsets & a covered carport for you to use.

Your room is the master, which has a built in wardrobe. It gets lovely morning sun & is warm and dry. It’s super large, it would very comfortably fit any sized bed, dresser, desk etc, you name it!
