A modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom furnished flat (built 2023) with open-plan kitchen and living, 2 heat pumps, double glazing, and lots of natural light. It has a garage, off-street parking, and plenty of space on the road. We’re currently moving furniture around as a couple of flatmates are leaving, so photos aren’t completely up-to-date yet.

Located in New Brighton, just a short walk to the beach, and close to shops, cafes, and public transport.

We’re friendly, tidy, and respectful flatmates who enjoy hanging out but also appreciate quiet time. We’d love to make more friends, and while we’re not a party house, we do enjoy a good girls’ night! We love the gym, walks to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and little fun outings like Chemist Warehouse trips.
