We have a two-bedroom property for rent in The Wood, Nelson. The apartment will come part-furnished, including sofas, dining table, fridge/freezer, mini oven and a microwave. We may be able to provide a bed if you don't have your own - just let us know.

The apartment is very centrally located - just a 5-10 minute walk into Nelson City, and 2 minutes from The Queens Gardens and Suter Gallery. The Function Room Cafe is just 1 minute away. As a bonus - the Brook River runs through the garden!

You will be living downstairs from us (Georgie and Tama). We manage the property for Tama’s mum, who is the owner. We keep to ourselves and are quiet/respectful of your personal space, however we will be around if needed.

Pets may be allowed, depending on type and size - just ask!

We are happy to consider pets - again dependent on the type/size. We love animals, but it is a smallish place and a big dog might not work too well!
