We’re an easy-going couple, both working full-time and looking for a friendly flatmate to join our home in Nawton. The flat is a sunny, comfy space with a relaxed vibe, nothing fancy, just a great place to come home to and unwind.

We’re in a handy spot close to shops, gyms, and public transport, so everything you need is nearby.

At home, we’re pretty chill, we love going to the gym, cooking good food, and hanging out with our cat Missy, who’s the real boss of the flat. She’s playful, cuddly, and adds a lot of personality to the place!

We’re after someone tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with, someone who’s happy doing their own thing but up for a chat now and then too.

The room is a 3.4m x 2.9m double bedroom that gets good natural light and has a warm, comfy feel. It fits a queen bed along with drawers or a small desk, and has a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

You’ll have full access to all shared areas, kitchen, lounge, bathroom, and laundry. The house is fully furnished, but the bedroom comes unfurnished, so you can style it how you like.

Rent includes Wi-Fi and shared household items (like cleaning supplies). Power and water are split evenly between everyone. We just ask that everyone keeps the place tidy and respectful, it’s a chill, easy-going home.
