Sleepout is separate from the main house, fully furnished with private room as per photos, with a king single bed. Utilities & internet included. Off street parking available, 1 minute walk to bus stops and 10min walk to train station, close to Woolworths and Sylvia Park Mall.

As per pictures includes bed and desk with desk lamp, bedside table and drawers. Each room is $290 and we will only let to couples if you take both rooms. We can organize a double bed if needed, and you could utilize the other room as an office. Shared facilities include: Lounge, Dining room, Kitchenette with induction cooktop, air fryer, microwave and full set of kitchen utensils. Bathroom and laundry.
