Is cheap for half of a $650 a week 2 bedroom stand alone house and being the master bedroom on offer
I rented the property to use the garage and live in a tiny home camper in the driveway - only come in to use the shower some mornings and work in the garage
So because i am subsidizing and sharing the expenses it works out more economical for you at 260pw + (when it should be circa $400 for the master- larger of the two rooms )
is room for a bike in the garage or street parking is safe around here, Its a quiet family area with 4 houses on a big shared drive
the flat is so central, in Panorama Rd Mt Wellington bus stop 100m train station and Sylvia Park 8 minutes either way every 40 minutes ( 782) close to sky and sylvia park etc
Looking for someone independent and up beat Veejay lives in the smaller bedroom nice quiet chap who works too much and is hardly there and I rent the property so I can have a garage and live in the driveway in my camper tiny home
no actual bond - is first and last week in advance then weekly with one weeks notice is a long term rental if desired
