The house is shared with myself, my partner, and our adorable 12-month-old baby. Our home is situated in a safe and friendly neighborhood, close to amenities and public transportation. Walking distance from Sylvia park. You'll have easy access to nearby parks, shops, and cafes, making it convenient for daily activities. Rent excludes bills which would be divided equally per month (roughly $30 a week) The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, and side tables.

This is a family-oriented home that we take great care of, and we are seeking someone who also works full-time and values cleanliness and consideration. Please note, this is not a party house.
